Our rights, not your rules.

The Executive branch shirks its constitutional responsibility to enforce existing laws instead of working to change them (see: Immigration law).

The Federal government has established “free speech zones” (which by definition create “non free-speech zones) for lawful, peaceful protests, in violation of the 1st amendment.

In California, you have to submit to a background check to buy ammunition, in violation of the 2nd amendment.

If you want to board an airplane, you must surrender your right to privacy to TSA in violation of the 4th amendment.

If you want to make a phone call, you must surrender your right to privacy to the NSA in violation of the 4th amendment.

If you travel internationally with a laptop, the TSA says it can take it and search it on a “hunch,” in violation of the 4th amendment.

The President can run down a flow-chart and order a drone to kill an American citizen without due process, in violation of BOTH the 5th and 6th amendments.

An American citizen was arrested and is currently being held without bail because he made a crappy youtube video that Americans were told–falsely–resulted in the death of 4 Americans in Libya, including the Ambassador–in violation of the 8th amendment.

The Federal government, under the guise of the Commerce clause, continues to intrude into States’ rights issues, including abortion, gay marriage, drug policy, and natural resource development, in violation of the 10th amendment.

I’m sure I’ve missed a few things.

But isn’t this list long enough already?
