See the Press Release below, then check the bottom of the page for my thoughts on this.

Felicia Day is Coming to FanX [**The Shadow says, “Definitely read my comments at the end of this post.”]

Salt Lake Comic Con is Excited to Announce our Next Guest!

Please welcome our next guest…actress Felicia Day! She has appeared in numerous mainstream television shows and films, such as Supernatural and Eureka. However, Felicia is best known for her work in the web video world, behind and in front of the camera. She co-starred in Joss Whedon’s Internet musical Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog. She also created and stars in the hit web series The Guild, which is currently in its sixth season of production. Stay tuned for more guest announcements.

Wow! Another great get by Dan Farr and Bryan Brandenburg and their team over there. I think that the addition of Felicia Day (and we already have Morena Baccarin and Carrie Fisher!) is awesome, especially in light of the continuing Gamergate [read my post] controversy and Utah’s high profile involvement in that recently. I have no doubt that the Utah fans will make her feel welcome and safe. I look forward to her panel, and perhaps getting to speak with her about her career. (Seriously, I can’t believe that anyone could be mad at FD for anything. That’s like hating a kitten or a puppy. What is wrong with you people?)

Keep on keepin’ on, folks. I’ll bet that there’s more great announcements to come!
