You can’t spell “Comicon” without “Comic” and Phoenix Comicon loves their comics!

Phoenix – Phoenix Comicon will keep your head spinning with the incredible amount of comic authors, illustrators, vendors, and industry veterans who will be attending their big event in June! Industry and local favorites like Brian and Kristy Miller!

Brian and Kristy Miller are no strangers to the Phoenix Comicon. As co-owners of Hi-Fi Colour Design that are an important part Arizona comic culture and the comic book industry as a whole. Employing artists who do work for many different publishers including DC, Marvel, Disney, Wizard, and Lucasfilm (Star Wars). Brian was a colorist working under several different pen names till 1998, when he started Hi-Fi Colour. The pair now run Hi-Fi together and continue to help comic book artists grow. With their first two books “Hi-Fi Color for Comics” and “Master Digital Color” they share some of what they have learned over the years with aspiring comic book artists.

Phoenix Comicon understands how important the comic industry is to pop culture conventions and makes inviting the who’s who of that industry priority one. “The origin and heart of Phoenix Comicon is the world of comic books, so it is essential to invite the best guests from that world possible”, says Phoenix Comicon Guest Relations Director, Brandy Kuschel.

  • Comic artist and one of the founders of INC Comics, Teddy Tso.
  • Comic writer of ‘The Flash’, Brian Augustyn.
  • Comic book artist known for many Disney characters, Don Rosa.
  • Comic artist of Dark Horse’s ‘Monstrous’, Ryan Cody

Already the signature comic book event of the southwest, Phoenix Comicon 2016 is shaping up to be the best one yet!

A Full Event badge is good for all four days of the convention, June 2-5, 2016. Pricing for the Full Event badge goes up the closer we get to the event. Quantities of Full Event badges are limited.

Full event passes are on sale for $60 until April 30th, with Sidekick badges (kids 3-12 years of age) available for only $5 through the event!
