Follow-Up on NBC’s “Powerless”

I have been making a concerted effort to catch up on all of the multitudinous television that I am woefully behind on watching. While it may take me awhile, I am happy to say that I have at least made myself current on The Walking Dead (Ho-LEE shit) and now NBC’s not-superhero superhero show, Powerless.

After watching the premiere episode when it first hit, I must say that I wasn’t incredibly impressed.

I also said, however, that I would give it a chance, and I have.

I must say, the show has improved dramatically, in my opinion, since that premiere. Vanessa Hudgens seems to have found her feet with this role, and Alan Tudyk has really grabbed hold of the role of Van Wayne with both hands, and he’s great.

So, while I was originally hesitant, I’m glad I stuck with it. Now, will NBC stick with it?

Only time will tell.

  1. I like the show. Different spin. ( I mean who can you sue when a superhero or villain destroys your property?) Like you tho, I will see if the continue it.
